The personal information given by a customer will be used for sending an e-mail or document for contact from our company, in case of replying to inquiry and introducing our business.

Prohibition of disclosure or provision of personal information to third parties

Kyoraku properly manages the personal information given by a customer and does not disclose it to any third parties excluding the cases shown below.

• A customer agrees to the disclosure
• Kyoraku entrusts duties to a contractor which is agreed disclosure for providing the service to meet customer’s requirement.

Kyoraku has taken all possible measures of security to ensure the safety and accuracy of personal information.

Referral from customer

Kyoraku will make a reference to, correct, or delete a customer's personal information if the customer wants to make a reference to, correct, or delete it after the identification.

Observation and review of regulations and rules

Kyoraku observes the applied regulations and other rules in Japan for the possessed personal information and review the content of this policy arbitrarily to improve it.
